Warm, active, and direction-focused psychotherapy for individuals and couples.
Looking for corporate relocation support?Explore relocation siteI’m Bianca, a UKCP-trained psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in London and internationally.
I tend to work with people who are capable and self-reliant, but find that relationships, identity or major life transitions don’t respond to effort in quite the same way.
I don’t believe insight alone is always enough.
Understanding why something happens matters, but so does knowing what to do differently.
My style is warm, curious and active. I work alongside you to understand what keeps happening and help something shift.
I’m Australian and have lived abroad for much of my adult life. That experience also informs my work with people navigating relocation, belonging and relationships across borders.

Side-by-side sessions in London's parks — a different setting for thinking, talking and finding perspective.
Learn moreThis isn't therapy where you do all the talking. I work actively alongside you — asking questions, noticing patterns, offering perspective and challenging you when it's useful. The aim isn't simply to understand what's happening, but to help something shift.
We begin with what has brought you here, what feels difficult, and what you most want to change.
We look beneath the immediate problem to identify patterns, blind spots, and relationship dynamics that may be keeping you stuck.
Understanding becomes useful: a different perspective, a new response, a conversation, a boundary, or a next step.
We consolidate what is working so that change continues beyond the therapy room.
Working with Bee has been genuinely transformative. Her expertise, empathy, and holistic approach have helped me achieve a profound shift in confidence and self-esteem. Bee creates a supportive environment that balances compassion with thoughtful challenge, allowing real personal growth to take place. I have developed a much stronger sense of clarity, purpose, and self-assurance through our work together. I'm deeply grateful for her guidance and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking lasting change and personal empowerment.
Bianca’s approach is unique and highly effective, she truly is unlike most therapists. Our sessions felt more like a blend of psychology and coaching which appealed to me. She is kind and warm and I felt understood from my first meeting with her which made it easy for me to open up about my situation.
I spend most of my days in meetings, so I decided to try the Walk and Talk option in St James’ Park. It quickly became something I looked forward to, and I would leave my sessions feeling lighter, understood and inspired. I was impressed by Bianca’s range of knowledge, her ability to identify patterns and bring clarity to complex situations.
Having been on the edge of divorce, Bee has brought us back together. Her direct but warm style, clear communication, and focus on pragmatic steps gave us a fresh perspective and a new beginning. We will be forever grateful.
I was reluctant to move as it wasn't my decision which made it so much harder, but we decided it would be a good opportunity and hopefully rewarding for us all. As expected, the stress of such a big transition put huge amounts of pressure on our family. I was totally overwhelmed and lonely when we first arrived. Bianca was an amazing support to me and having her to talk to helped me enormously. I am forever grateful for her guidance and empathy.
We brought Bianca in to work with both our team and myself on the hidden cost of personal and relationship stress on performance. Running a business with a $50 million turnover means the pressure on our key people is constant. She delivered practical, immediately applicable tools and engaged with our people in a way that traditional wellbeing or coaching programs haven't.
The impact has been significant, both at a leadership level and across the wider team.
Working with Bianca has been an incredibly positive and empowering experience. I came to her with a situation involving my child, and she immediately offered support that went far beyond generic “life coaching.” Her guidance was practical, thoughtful, and easy to implement.
She gave me real tips I could use right away, not abstract theory. What impressed me most was the breadth of her expertise. She seamlessly combined elements of coaching, nutrition, and a wide spectrum of holistic insight, giving me a more complete understanding of how to support my child and myself.
Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and actionable. I’m truly grateful for the clarity and confidence she helped me gain, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for meaningful, well‑rounded support.
Bianca is excellent. She is incredibly supportive and has helped me immensely throughout my journey. I’ve worked with a few therapists prior and didn’t fully connect with them, but with Bianca, that connection came very naturally.

Individual therapy: £200 per session.
Weekly couples therapy: £200 per session.
Couples intensives: POA, from £5,000. The programme includes 2–3 days of focused work, followed by 6–8 weeks of online follow-up.
Traditional talk therapy can be slow and open-ended. This work is grounded in clinical psychology but is fundamentally active, actionable, and strategic — directive, intensive, and change-driven, with the focus on finding a path forward rather than conversations that circle.
Sessions take place in person at the Wimpole Street consulting room in London; through St James's Park, Hyde Park, or Regent's Park for Walk and Talk; online for global clients across most time zones; and in-residence for intensives, available globally by arrangement.
Yes — confidentiality is the foundation of the work, within the standard legal and ethical limits (such as serious risk of harm), which we'll discuss clearly at the outset so there are no surprises.
Complete the contact form below and Bianca will be in touch to arrange a preliminary consultation — a relaxed conversation about the dynamic you want to work on, the right pathway, and whether you're a good fit.
You may be capable, thoughtful and used to managing on your own. Therapy offers space to explore the feelings, questions and patterns that are harder to make sense of alone.

You feel more like business partners, with less affection, closeness or intimacy.
You keep having versions of the same argument without finding a resolution.
Children, relocation, work pressure or changing roles have shifted the balance between you.
You're unsure whether your relationship needs repairing, changing or understanding differently.
We look beneath the argument to understand what each of you is reacting to, protecting against, or struggling to communicate.
From there, we work actively to interrupt the patterns that keep you stuck and create a different way of relating to each other.
A preliminary consultation is a chance to talk about what's happening between you and whether weekly therapy or an intensive feels right.
