How we work Active conversation and reflection to make sense of what is happening and find different ways to respond and relate. Thoughtful conversation and practical steps, with space to reflect, review and adjust as you go.

There is overlap. Both can involve emotions, personal history and practical change. It isn't simply a choice between looking back and moving forward.
